stockphoto.lol is an AI-powered web app that transforms your selfies into humorous stock photo scenes. You upload a photo, select a scene (like "eating salad" or "working on computer"), and our AI creates a transformed image in classic stock photo style.
🔞 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use stockphoto.lol. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
📊 Information We Collect
1. Images You Upload
When you upload a photo for transformation, we send it to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not store your original photos long-term. Transformed images are kept for 30 minutes to enable sharing, then automatically deleted. HD versions are stored for 1 hour pending purchase, then deleted.
2. Email Addresses
We collect your email address for account authentication (via Supabase) and to send purchase receipts (via Stripe). We will not send you marketing emails without your explicit consent.
3. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe shares purchase confirmation and receipt information with us.
4. Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used, etc.). This helps us understand how people use the app and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected unless you're logged in.
5. Session Data
We use cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These are essential for the app to function properly.
